This incentive provides financial support to help cover the costs of training and professional development - like training fees, certifications, or continuing education - for professionals who maintain a consistent Career Pathway placement.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Current membership in the Early Childhood Workforce Registry
  • Career Pathways placement maintained for at least 6 (six) months
  • Employed in an Early Childhood Program
  • Working at least 15 hours per week
  • Verified employment in a direct care role or non-direct care professional role (e.g. nurse, education coordinator)

Application Period

  • Jan. 1-31

Incentive Award Amount

  • Career Pathway Training Incentive Award for Categories B-D - $250
  • Career Pathway Training Incentive Award for Categories E-J - $500
