Office Hours
These will be opportunities to hear from providers and answer general 1915(i) program questions. We will identify opportunities to provide information regarding topics as they come up.
In January 2026, Office Hours will be held January 14, 21 and 28.
In February 2026, Office Hours will be on February 4 and 18.
Office Hours are held from 9-10 a.m. CT.

- Care Coordination Onboarding Training
- This training is required for all new care coordinators before rendering services
- Care coordinators must watch this entire training, take the quiz at the end, and get a passing score to get a certification of completion. You must print or save this certificate for your records as proof of training completion.
