Office Hours

Weekly office hours are 9-10 a.m. CT. These will be opportunities to hear from providers and answer general 1915(i) program questions. We will identify opportunities to provide focused information regarding specific topics as they come up.

Care Coordination State-Sponsored Training

All new care coordinators must have this training

  • DATES/TIME: June 23-26, 2025 (Monday, 11:30am-5pm; Tuesday-Wednesday, 8am-5pm; Thursday, 8am-12pm)

    TRAINING LOCATION: Radisson, 605 E. Broadway Avenue, Bismarck, ND 58501

    HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS (if applicable): Radisson, 605 E. Broadway Avenue, Bismarck, ND 58501

    Community Connect & Free Through RecoveryOnce the registration is reviewed and approved, the Care Coordinator will be invited to attend an onboarding meeting with a BHD Administrator. If the application is not approved, you will be notified of the reason.

    1915(i) Only Providers: If the application is not approved, you will be notified of the reason.

    The North Dakota Department of Health & Human Services, Behavioral Health Division will reimburse mileage and meal expenses for individuals traveling over 60 miles. If applicable for those traveling over 60 miles, Behavioral Health Division will secure hotel accommodations for the Care Coordinator. The providing agency may be responsible for reimbursing BHD if the Care Coordinator does not attend and no advance notice was given.

  • Care Coordination Onboarding Training
    • This training is required for all new care coordinators before rendering services
    • Care coordinators must watch this entire training, take the quiz at the end, and get a passing score to get a certification of completion. You must print or save this certificate for your records as proof of training completion.
