The Early Childhood Workforce Registry, or the Registry, was previously known as Growing Futures. It's a free tool that early childhood professionals can use if they want to.

You can use the Registry for these things

  • Track the training you've had.

  • Verify your education.

  • Keep a record of your professional work.

  • Show what you have achieved.

  • Help your career grow.

Get Started

To get started, log in to the ND Early Childhood Hub. From there, you can:

  • Become a Registry member.

  • Find training and ways to develop professionally.

  • Look for grant opportunities.

  • Work on improving your program's quality.

Why the Registry Matters

The Registry is part of a bigger group called the National Workforce Registry Alliance. It uses verified information, like your education and training, to help the early childhood workforce.

Registries in North Dakota and across the U.S. are helping to make early care programs better by creating a skilled workforce and showing how valuable this profession is.

Please Call the Registry:

  • If you are having trouble logging in.
  • If you need to update your address and it is locked.  Please note that you cannot update it by email.
