The North Dakota EMS Advisory Council (EMSAC) was established as part of North Dakota Century Code Chapter 23-46-02.

Meetings are conducted the third Thursday of every third month.

EMSAC meetings are currently being held as a combination of in-person and virtual meetings via Teams. Meeting invites send out prior to each meeting will contain the meeting link.

  • EMS Personnel / Agency Registry (Big Picture) - *Emails were sent to EMS personnel on 9/22/2023 explaining the new login process. Upon your initial access to the new Big Picture system you will need to create a new password.
    • Personnel Access: Please follow instructions located HERE. At this time personnel have the ability to update personal information and print their certificate/license. The ability to renew certifications/licensure is not available yet. Please email any issues or questions to dems@nd.gov.
    • Squad Leader Access: Please follow instructions located HERE. At this time squad leaders have the ability to review their personnel and vehicle rosters and print agency license. The ability to add/remove personnel or vehicles is not yet available Please email any needed changes to: dems@nd.gov
