Autopay is a payment option for qualified parents. With autopay, the child support amount is automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the fifth of each month. If the fifth falls on a weekend or holiday support will be withdrawn the next business day. Autopay replaces income withholding.
To qualify for autopay you must:
- Have paid the full amount due each month for the last nine months or since the beginning of your obligation if less than nine months
- Submit an application for autopay along with a voided check to Child Support.
To enroll in autopay, complete the application for autopay, attach a voided blank check or deposit slip, and send your documents to Child Support. A letter will be sent to you letting you know when automatic withdrawals will start.
