Frequently Asked Questions
Why do I need an Early Childhood Workforce Registry account?
An account is needed to register for online training, to get your HHS Licensing Training Record, and to access Registry services and North Dakota funding and incentive opportunities.
I think I have a Registry account. How do I log in?
Go to the Registry Login and provide your information. The system will look for your account and guide you through the next steps. If there is an account that appears to be yours, but you cannot log in, you’ll be prompted to contact the Registry office at 800-997-8516 during regular business hours.
When I try to log in it says an account can’t be found. What does that mean?
If you tried to login to a Registry account and received a message that your account can’t be found, it may be because:
• You have not set up a Registry account.
• You may have an account with incomplete personal information or a different email address. NOTE: If this is the case, do not create a new individual account! Call the Registry for assistance.
Why can't I edit my account information?
Your account will be in read-only mode when you apply for or renew your membership or as a trainer/consultant. This means you can read information in your account but cannot add or change information until the application has been processed.
Why can't I edit my name or address?
Your name and address fields are locked to maintain the information you provided when you were issued your Supplier ID#. If you need to make changes to your name or address, please call the Registry for assistance.
Can I take training when my account is read-only?
Yes! You can register for and complete training even though you cannot edit account information.
How do I get my HHS Licensing Training Record?
- Log in to your Registry account.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Summary page and select the HHS Licensing Training Record link.
