This North Dakota retention incentive is for direct caregivers who provide home and community-based services (HCBS) and who work either as an Individual Qualified Service Provider (QSP) or who provide Self Directed support services.
Purpose: Stabilize and strengthen the network of direct caregivers who offer in-home and community-based services that help individuals with disabilities live in the community.
