HHS or ND Health and Human Services offices in several locations will open two hours late today, Feb. 18, at 10 a.m. in respective time zones.
BISMARCK, N.D. (Feb. 18, 2026) – North Dakota Health and Human Services offices in Devils Lake, Grafton, Rolla, Grand Forks, Rolla and Williston will open two hours late Wednesday, Feb. 18, due to hazardous weather and road conditions. Affected offices include regional behavioral health clinics and their satellite and outreach offices, and vocational rehabilitation offices . Details appear below.

AFFECTED OFFICES:
Devils Lake region: Lake Region Behavioral Health Clinic and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in Devils Lake and LRHSC’s outreach office in Rolla will be open at 10 a.m. CT.
Grand Forks region: Northeast Behavioral Health Clinic and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in Grand Forks and Northeast’s Grafton outreach office are open at 10 a.m. CT.
Jamestown region: South Central Behavioral Health Clinic and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in Jamestown and the clinic’s outreach office in Valley City will open at 10 a.m. CT
Williston region: Northwest Behavioral Health Clinic and the regional vocational rehabilitation and child support offices in Williston will open at 10 a.m. MT
Clients with previously scheduled appointments are being contacted.
Office closure decisions are made for the safety of clients and team members and align with closures of other community clinics and government organizations.
