We offer several support options to make things easier for you.

If you are not able to find the answers you are looking for in our Frequently Asked Questions, please contact us in any of the following ways:

  • Email us at ecregistry@nd.gov

    • Email is a good method of contact because:
      • We can almost always find your Registry account with your email address, and
      • We can respond with detailed instructions that you can follow when you have time to work in the Registry.

     

  • You can also call, please leave a voicemail if we are unable to answer.
    • We will return your call or email you back as soon as we can. Please be sure you speak slowly and clearly, and leave the following information:
      • The spelling of your first and last name
      • Your account number
      • Please repeat your phone number
      • Your email address
      • Please provide a brief description of how we can help you

We check every email and voicemail. If you do not hear back from us within 72 hours, please contact us again. Our email response may have been blocked.
