HHS announces updates to licenses, self-declaration certificates, CCAP

North Dakota Health and Human Services is making updates to the language on Early Childhood Services licenses and self-declaration certificates, and the Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP).


Licenses and certificates updates — Effective upon renewal

To align license and certificate language with North Dakota Century Code, Early Childhood licenses and self-declaration certificates will state: “Care may be provided for children ages [xx] through 11 years.”

Public Notice-Comments sought on North Dakota State Council on Developmental Disabilities Five-Year Plan 2027-2031

The North Dakota State Council on Developmental Disabilities (DD Council) is seeking public comment on its proposed five-year state plan for 2027-2031. This plan outlines the Council’s goals, objectives and strategies to improve the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families across North Dakota.
