QPR stands for Question, Persuade, and Refer — the 3 simple steps anyone can learn to help save a life from suicide. People trained in QPR learn how to recognize the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to question, persuade, and refer someone to help.
Overview of Evidence-Based Treatment for Early Psychosis
This series introduces trainees to the application of CBT to psychosis and includes a review of the cognitive model and its application in psychosis, core CBT techniques, and how to use formulation-driven CBT to address core characteristics of psychosis (hallucinations, delusions, negative symptoms) as well as co-morbid symptoms (depression, anxiety). We recommend all clinicians / therapists conducting psychotherapy with individuals experiencing psychosis attend this training. Case Managers, skills coaches/counselors, and psychiatric providers may also benefit from this training. /p>

Taking Care of Yourself in a Toxic Workplace
We will explore what is meant by a toxic workplace that may have you experiencing unattainable expectations, emotional harassment, and demands to do more with less. Strategies will be discussed for how to endure and cope in a toxic environment as well as practical tips for dealing with difficult people and demanding situations.
