Ambulance Service Relicensure 2024 - 20246 (09/23/2024) - APPLICATION DEADLINE 10/31/2024

The 2024 – 2026 re-licensure process for North Dakota ambulance services is via the online Big Picture system. There is not an option for a paper application. Only the agency squad leader is able to log in and complete the application.

The 'Submit & Continue' button is intended to save the information entered during the application process. This will enable you to resume where you left off if needed.

If you are unsure how to complete a field, please contact the ND EMS Unit (dems@nd.gov). Updating of both the personnel and vehicle rosters will be included in this re-licensure process.

Electronic submission of EMS run data (NDAC 33-11-01.2-10(5)) is a requirement of licensure. If your agency is unsure of its data submission status, please contact the EMS office for assistance.

EMS Operations holding multiple licenses will be relicensed with only one license. The ND Century Code does not have a provision for contiguous response areas to be awarded multiple licenses.
