Case Management Redesign brought together experts from a variety of child welfare agencies who met virtually and in person to discuss definitions, policy, eligibility standards, workflow, processes, timelines and more. Effective January 1, 2026, the case management redesign policy, tools and resources were distributed to the field. Ongoing efforts are underway to continue to enhance the resources and tools in time for Phase 2 (July 2026) and into the future.  This page has a been structured to offer a one-stop shop for child welfare workforce to access policy, tools and resources.
