
Retail food sales establishments include the following license types:
- Retail bakery: commercially processed and packaged baked goods; may be standalone or part of a grocery store.
- Retail food store: commercially processed and packaged time and temperature control for safety (TCS) food products or non-TCS foods processed and packaged for sale to the end consumer by the license holder; may be standalone or part of a grocery store.
- Retail meat market: federal or state-inspected meat products that are commercially processed and packaged; may be standalone or part of a grocery store.
