Retail Food Service

Retail food service establishments include these license types:

• Restaurants/catering: food service, dining, café, catering, or fast food.
• Limited restaurant: food service which is restricted to a limited menu such as heat and serve only.
• Bar/Tavern: beverage and liquor sales only; no food service.

Licensing

• Submit the license application and plan review documents at least 30 days prior to operating or beginning construction. Following payment, allow up to 30 calendar days for review.
• Request an application by contacting our office.
