The DD licensing portal (DDLP) is where providers apply to become a DD licensed provider and the online portal has been developed to provide a step-by-step process in completing the entire application. Application submissions, documents, and information that do not meet the requirements and/or timelines may be withdrawn or denied.
- Submit a notice of intent
- Complete a business plan with letters of reference
- Complete orientation and other required trainings
- Learn the ND laws and policies governing Intellectual & Developmental Disability services
- Determine your agencies services
- Develop policies and procedures
- Provide agency, employee, and business information
- Provide required verification and documents for any facility-based setting
- Submit a license application
Visit the DD licensing portal under the DD Licensing Portal (DDLP) system accordion for more information, to contact the licensing administrator, and to start the application process.
The DD licensing portal (DDLP) is where providers:
- Apply to become a DD licensed provider
- Complete annual licensing renewals
- Access their provider dashboard and licensing information
- Track and respond to licensing tasks
- Submit licensing and agency change requests
- Obtain service information
- Access user guides, resources, and knowledge articles
- Communicate with the licensing administrator
- Request assistance or submit questions
