ND Medicaid Program

Effective for dates of service on or after January 1, 2025, North Dakota Medicaid will be providing a 3.0% inflationary increase for all Nursing Facility services. Medicaid expenditures for these services are expected to increase $2 million for a 12-month period.

In compliance with NDCC Sections 44-04-19 and 44-04-20, this provides public notice of the North Dakota Health and Human Services’ State Rehabilitation Council (SRC) meeting for calendar year 2025.

The advisory council has established four meetings in 2025. Times listed are in Central Time.
