This is a first of its kind effort in North Dakota to expand the quantity and quality of clinical hypertension and diabetes services provided at community pharmacies.
It is a student-led collaboration among the North Dakota Department of Health, North Dakota State University, and the North Dakota Pharmacists’ Association.

Kognito Motivational Interviewing Training: Course content will be available for one year from the time of account activation, but we as that you please complete the training one week prior to your first Enhanced MTM rotation.
