Listening Session
A listening session is an open invitation to share your thoughts, ideas, and advice on specific topics with an agency that facilitates a program. Often, a listening session will help determine which topics a focus group needs to explore more deeply.

Survey
A survey is a set of questions that can be answered without sharing who you are. This gives you the freedom to feel like you can share your opinions honestly and without reaction from the survey producer.

Focus Group
A focus group is an invite-based experiences where you can share your thoughts, ideas, and advice on specific topics with an agency that facilitates a program. A focus group discusses specific topics more in-depth than a listening session. Often, a listening session will help determine which topics a focus group needs to explore more deeply.
