North Dakota State Health Council Meeting 

The State Health Council of North Dakota (hereafter referred to as "governing body") will be holding a regular meeting on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. CST.

The meeting will be held in-person and virtually.

There is no cost to attend, please register at the links below. Each session will be 1.5 hours and each topic will be delivered twice. It is recommended that attendees participate in each topic.

Public Notice - End of ND Medicaid's Primary Care Case Management Program

Effective on or after January 1, 2024, pursuant to 2023 House Bill 1044, North Dakota Medicaid will be ending the Primary Care Case Management (PCCM) program. Providers will not be required to obtain a referral from a primary care provider (PCP) for instate services. Any service authorization requirements for instate and out-of-state services will still apply. Medicaid expenditures are expected to have a minimal impact for a 12-month period.
