This is our 4th year pilot in North Dakota to expand the quantity and quality of clinical hypertension and diabetes services provided at community pharmacies.

It is a student-led collaboration among the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services, North Dakota State University and the North Dakota Pharmacists' Association.

Below you will find links to educational documents, required tracking forms and video training materials to help both students and pharmacist preceptors lead a successful program.

This training should be viewed in its entirety BEFORE the 5/18 training, if at all possible - we will be applying the concepts from the recorded training, into the live training.
