Short Description:
The North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services is soliciting proposals for a Random Moment in Time Study Solution. This solution will be used by 19 human service zones to capture time staff spends providing reimbursable activities across the zones in two distinct categories.
The Offeror is responsible for completing all deliverables, requirements, and services included in the RFP, Attachments, and Exhibits.
