Short Description: The STATE is soliciting proposals for contractor services to design, develop, and implement (DDI) a cloud-based SaaS or COTS Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS) system. The Offeror is responsible for completing all deliverables, requirements, and services included in the RFP, Attachments, and Exhibits. This Project, hereinafter referred to as Organized Child Electronic Assessment Needs and Services (OCEANS) must allow the STATE to utilize proven components, features, capabilities, and functionality. The STATE anticipates that this approach lowers risk and shortens the expected timeline for implementing OCEANS.
