The North Dakota Health and Human Services, Adult and Aging Services section is accepting public comments on the Older Americans Act State Plan on Aging draft that covers the period beginning Oct. 1, 2026, through Sept. 30, 2030. The State Plan on Aging with the use of Older Americans Act funds pays for a variety of services such as information and assistance through the Aging & Disability Resource Link (ADRL), congregate and home-delivered meals, legal assistance, assistive safety devices, health maintenance services, and falls prevention programs that allows older adults to remain living in their homes and communities.

View the entire State Plan on Aging. A copy will be provided upon request.

Comments will be accepted from May 1, 2026, until 5 p.m. CT on May 31, 2026. The effective date of the proposed State Plan on Aging is Oct, 1, 2026.
