In compliance with NDCC Sections 44-04-19 and 44-04-20, this provides public notice of North Dakota Health and Human Services Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Modernization Project Executive Steering Committee meetings for calendar year 2023. 
 

The flexibilities that were temporarily implemented due to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) will sunset on May 11, 2023 with the end of the PHE.

In compliance with NDCC Sections 44-04-19 and 44-04-20, this provides public notice of North Dakota Health and Human Services Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) Modernization Project Executive Steering Committee meetings for calendar year 2023 (July-December).

In compliance with NDCC Sections 44-04-19 and 44-04-20, this provides public notice of the Autism Spectrum Disorder Task Force meetings for calendar year 2023.

The task force was established under state law pursuant to North Dakota Century Code § 50-06-32.
