2. Identify Task Force members with expertise or interest in working on these plan items:
- Education and Training
- Identify resources.
- Certification and Regulation – CHWs (including process from CHRs being certified as CHWs).

3. What do we see as key factors to focus on for these areas?
- Education and Training (i.e., cost, length of time, items specific to CHRs, etc)
- Certification Requirements (training only or also having an experience pathway,
- continuing education, recertification, items specific to CHRs, etc).
