We need your input!
Early Childhood Licensing, working with the Child Care Services Advisory Committee (created under House Bill 1119, 69th Legislative Assembly), completed the process of reviewing law and rule for licensed childcare providers.
A draft bill has now been developed and additional feedback from childcare providers is needed. Your continued input will help create a streamlined approach to provider types and enhance early childhood service rule and policy which support the health and safety of children in childcare.

Attendees will have an opportunity to learn about the proposed changes and share their feedback. The in-person sessions will be hosted by North Dakota Health and Human Services Early Childhood Licensing Administrator.
