The ND Best in Class program is designed to support high-quality learning experiences for children in the year before they enter kindergarten.
To be eligible for the Best in Class program, applicants must meet one of the following requirements:
- Be a licensed Step 3 or Step 4 provider participating in Bright & Early ND.
- Be an approved Head Start program.
- Be an approved Four-Year-Old Program.
