This incentive recognizes professionals who have advanced their Career Pathway placement.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Current membership in the Early Childhood Workforce Registry
  • Advanced to a new Career Pathway in the last 90 days
  • Employed in an Early Childhood Program
  • Working at least 15 hours per week
  • Verified employment in a direct care role or non-direct care professional role (e.g. nurse, education coordinator)

Application Period

  • July 1-31
  • Oct. 1-31
  • Jan. 1-31
  • April 1-30

Incentive Award Amount

  • Move to Category B: $625
  • Move to Category C: $1000
  • Move to Category D: $1000
  • Move to Category E: $1500
  • Move to Category F: $1500
  • Move to Category G: $1500
  • Move to Category H: $2000
