Preventative care is one of the most important actions you can take to stay healthy! Preventative care includes seeking healthcare services while you are healthy to prevent disease in the future. Preventative care helps catch disease earlier, reduces the risk of injury and illness, and can help prevent expensive health care bills down the line.
