As required by federal regulation, the North Dakota Department of Health and Human Services will submit a plan for the intended use of Social Service Block Grant funds to the Department of Health and Human Services.
Most North Dakota Medicaid providers will receive a two percent provider inflationary increase which are estimated to increase Medicaid expenditures effective for dates of services July 1, 2026. The increase was authorized and the funds for the increase were appropriated by the 2025 Legislative Assembly.
