Career Navigation
Career Navigators leverage Job Service ND’s expertise and employment programs to help newcomers and refugees complete skill assessments, access training, and secure well-matched local job opportunities. They support clients in obtaining their first job and advancing along a long-term career path.
Trained Career Navigators and Case Managers work directly with both employers and individuals to address local workforce challenges.
