New American Employment Program

The State of North Dakota is working with employers and community partners to offer training, jobs, and other support to refugees and people who are new to the area. These services help them live, work, and succeed in their new communities.

Career Navigation

Career Navigators use Job Service ND’s programs to help newcomers and refugees learn about their skills, find training, and get local jobs that fit their strengths. They also help people get their first job and move forward in their careers. To get started, contact a career navigator near you.

Trained Career Navigators and Case Managers work with both employers and individuals to help solve local workforce needs.
