North Dakota Care Coordination training is designed to provide care coordinators with the attitude, skills, and capacity to perform their job duties.
Who Should Attend?
- Individuals that have secured employment or have an employment offer working as a care coordinator in Free Through Recovery, Community Connect and/or 1915(i)
- Individuals that have secured employment as a Clinical Care Coordinator at a North Dakota Regional Behavioral Health Clinic.
- Individuals that supervise care coordinators in the three programs listed above
If already employed with a providing agency, Care Coordinators will be registered for this training by their agency supervisor.
