Walk-In Behavioral Health Assessments
Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Supporting individuals in their time of need—no appointment necessary.
How It Works
- Individuals arrive at the clinic seeking support for a behavioral health concern.
- They meet with an Access Team member to discuss current needs and areas of concern.
- Individuals also meet with the Business Office to review insurance coverage, financial resources, and available payment options.
- Based on identified needs, individuals are connected to appropriate supports and services.
Services may include:
- A behavioral health assessment to determine treatment needs and recommendations.
- Crisis intervention and stabilization supports.
- Connection to ongoing behavioral health services.
- Assistance from a care coordinator to access community resources and other supports.
Individuals experiencing acute or severe symptoms will be prioritized and served as quickly as possible. Depending on the nature of the concern, service availability, and individual preferences, some individuals may be asked to return for a scheduled appointment or may be referred to another community provider that best meets their needs.
