A New Creation

A New Creation is very passionate about recovery. We live and breathe recovery having fought the battle of addiction ourselves. We know what it is like to feel “too far gone,” and to experience the stigma associated with addicts and felons.

We believe that people can change. There is always hope. My husband and I are living testimonies and desire to share that hope. We are no longer slaves to our addiction. We are new creations in Christ. We have a heart for the lost and the broken. Our purpose is to help others find freedom from the slavery of addiction.

We will mentor and advocate for our clients. An individualized care plan will be established consisting of client centered goals and timelines. A New Creation works with parole and probation and those who are incarcerated. We visit jails and re-entry centers. We are also Living Free Facilitators and provide small group opportunities for life controlling issues.

Our desire is that our clients remain sober and become intentional about their recovery. Establishing healthy relationships and parent-child restoration will be a priority. We understand how tough it is to transition back into society after being in jail or treatment centers. We connect clients to support groups within the community, housing options, employment agencies, counseling services and assistance programs. A New Creation will help raise awareness for those struggling with addiction and mental illnesses. The journey to recovery has its ups and downs. We are here to assist clients with the tools needed to be successful and live a beautiful life. It is possible to break out of the darkness and into the light. There is always hope.

F5 Project

We don’t stop offering grace, helping people, and creating change. We’re criminal justice reform warriors  who offer grace without question & create change for those who hustle.

The formerly incarcerated and those suffering with addiction have limited resources available to them. They struggle to obtain even the simplest things due to an unfair stigma. People recently released from prison or recovery facilities don’t have a place to live or a means to communicate with people who can lift them up. They don’t have a job and often times find employment difficult if they don’t have a driver’s license or a reliable means of transportation. Felons and addicts don’t serve their sentence and “serve their time.” Their entire life is affected. People call it a ‘permanent record’ for a reason.

F5 Project cuts the red tape & eliminate barriers. We are the hands and feet on the street offering housing, resources, and a customized support plan for those who need us. Together we can make a difference! We offer help and connection through the entire state of North Dakota and in Moorhead, MN.
