Important updates about Housing Stabilization
Important updates about NDHS
Due to the expiration of federal funding for pandemic-era rental assistance programs, Health and Human Services (HHS) has begun ramping down North Dakota Housing Stabilization (NDHS) program re-housing services for households that are experiencing homelessness. As part of this change, this program is no longer accepting applications for housing services.
We want to assure you that we will do whatever we can to guide you to other resources. Although NDHS will no longer be able to offer direct re-housing assistance after, there are still other resources available to you. We encourage you to reach out to ND 211, a helpline that may be able connect you with local services and support, including housing resources. Additionally, we can provide contact information for local non-profit organizations may be able to help.
