2024 Schedule of the Early Childhood Council Meetings

Effective for dates of service on or after January 1, 2024, North Dakota Medicaid will be providing a 3.2% inflationary increase for all Nursing Facility services. In addition to the 3.2% inflationary increase, ND Medicaid will be submitting a State Plan amendment to update the rate limits for nursing facility services effective January 1, 2024. Medicaid expenditures for these services are expected to increase $33 million for a 12-month period.
The purpose of the Synar Survey is to randomly survey licensed tobacco retailers across North Dakota to check compliance with laws that prohibit the sale of tobacco products to minors. This is not an enforcement activity; it is a check on compliance.
