For early childhood professionals, keeping personal information consistent across systems is essential to receiving credit for completed training.

When registering for a training, the information entered, including name, address, email and Registry ID, should match exactly what is listed in the Early Childhood Workforce Registry. Training sponsor organizations use this information to confirm identity and award verified training credit.

If the information does not match, it can delay or prevent training from being added to a participant’s record. For example, using a different email address, a nickname instead of a legal name, or an incorrect Registry ID can make it difficult to confirm attendance.

Training sponsors rely on accurate information to ensure each participant receives proper credit. Without a match, attendance may not be verified, and the training may not appear in a professional development record.

To avoid issues, participants should log in to the ND Early Childhood Hub (hub) and view their Workforce Registry account before registering and confirm that all personal information is current. The same information should then be used when signing up for training opportunities.

Keeping information consistent helps ensure training is properly recorded and professional development records remain complete and accurate.
