Hosted at the Bismarck Public Schools Career Academy, this symposium provides essential staff training to meet the evolving needs and challenges faced by adults, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. Our diverse lineup of expert speakers will delve into topics such as ageism, ableism, anger and loss, the neurological effects of aging, diet in aging, resilience in health and well-being, addiction, person-directed living, ethics in aging and more.

Registration is $75 for the two-day symposium. Individuals should pay for their registration on Eventbrite or mail their registration payment in advance to the Minot Commission on Aging, 21 First Ave. S.E., Minot, N.D., 58701. The conference offers the opportunity for professionals to receive 13 continuing education units, which include two CEUs for ethics.

Participants will receive a CEU certificate upon completing the two-day symposium.
