Short Description: STATE is soliciting proposals to conduct a comprehensive statewide needs assessment to analyze the early childhood system strengths and gaps related to access, quality, workforce, coordination, family engagement, and governance, and to explore additional elements not previously assessed or identified in the original North Dakota Preschool Development Grant Birth to five (PDG B-5) Needs Assessment conducted in 2019. The North Dakota PDG B-5 Needs Assessment provides insights and data for coordinated planning by STATE and partners across North Dakota’s mixed delivery system to strengthen services and supports for children ages birth to five-years and their families.
