• Aging Services division report including legislative session update: Nancy Nikolas Maier
• Committee member strategy session
  • Produce ideas for Aging budget for 2026
  • Create a list of initiatives/speaker engagement for 2026
  • Discuss potential program issues due to funding reduction – i.e. waiting list with Family Caregiver Support Program, and how committee can aid communities in preparing for these instances.
  • Review changes to Rules of Orders and vote to adapt new rules.
