Upon approval of your application, you will be contacted by a Household Engagement Coach to meet and review the learning material required for rental assistance payments to be issued. 

Our goal is to set renters up for success to ensure continued housing stability even after assistance has ended.

What coaching sessions are required for Re-Housing program?

Applicants of the NDRH Housing Stabilization Program are required to complete the coaching sessions listed below.

After your Re-Housing Application is approved:

  • Letter of Commitment Training
  • Understanding a Lease Training

After your Housed Application is approved:

  • New Renter Training

Once your Recertification is approved:

  • Month 4: Employment and Childcare Resources
  • Month 5: Budget/Finance Education
  • Month 6: Stabilized Housing Check In

How will I be meeting with my coach?

All meetings with your coach will take place over the phone. Your coach will reach out to you with links to book each of your required training appointments so that you can pick a time that works best for you.
