Reimbursing your learning journey
This incentive is awarded to those who are working toward an early childhood credential or degree. You may apply for an incentive more than once as additional training/coursework is completed, up to an individual maximum amount of $5000.

Eligible Trainings
Incentive Amount: $300 per completed training
- ePyramid Preschool Module
- ePyramid Infant-Toddler Modules
- ePyramid Model for Family Child Care
- Child Care Business Leadership Training (Centers and Facilities)
- Child Care Business Leadership Training (Family Child Care)
- SEEDS of Learning for Ages 3–5
- SEEDS of Learning for Infants and Toddlers
- Family Child Care Foundations
- LETRS for Early Childhood
Training Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a current member of the Early Childhood Workforce Registry
- Have a Career Pathways placement of Category A or higher
- Be employed in an early childhood program
- Work at least 15 hours per week
- Have verified employment in a direct care or eligible non-direct care role (such as nurse or education coordinator)
- Have the training verified on their Registry training record
- Complete the eligible training on or after July 1, 2025
Aim4Excellence Directors Credential
Incentive Amount: $300 per module (Modules 1–9)
Aim4Excellence Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a current member of the Early Childhood Workforce Registry
- Have a Career Pathways placement of Category A or higher
- Have the training verified on their Registry training record
- Complete the eligible training within 36 months of the application date
Eligible College Coursework
- Be a current member of the Early Childhood Workforce Registry
- Have a Career Pathways placement of Category A or higher
- Complete each eligible early childhood semester credit within six (6) months of the application date
- Earn a letter grade of “C” or higher
- Have coursework verified by the Registry through an official transcript sent directly from the college or university
Important: General education or non-early childhood coursework is not eligible for this incentive.
