Agencies and individuals that work with individuals or families who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness or any human service provider interested in learning more.

There is no cost to attend, please register at the links below. Each session will be 1.5 hours and each topic will be delivered twice. It is recommended that attendees participate in each topic.

Introduction to Trauma-Informed Care Approaches

In this foundational webinar, participants will learn how trauma-informed practices can serve as a model for the delivery of services.

• The importance of trauma-informed approaches as part of providing quality services
• How trauma may show up when working with individuals and how to effectively support persons who have experienced trauma
