Public Notice - Comment accepted on Medicaid 1915(c) Children with Medically Fragile Needs Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Waiver

The Medically Fragile Children’s Waiver provides services to children between the ages of 3 to 18 who are medically fragile. The goal of this waiver is to assist families in keeping their child home instead of having to place them in a nursing home or hospital to receive needed care. 

Comments and public input on the waiver amendment application will be accepted from June 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023 at 5 p.m. CDT.  Comments will be accepted in the following ways:
